My source suggests aerial crop dusting will be prohibited, but sprayers allowed. Essential, it will be an easement agreement, unless the landowner wants to lose his bacon in court. The federal 5 mile wide path just means more lines could be installed, but whoever will have to get land easements before building. His understanding is the easements for the first HVDC have mostly been secured.

So, the pill is a farmer will have to avoid hitting the towers when farming.

My brother-in-law has a high pressure gas line on one field installed years ago via easement, and only issue is to watch for the pipe if doing conventional tillage, which is not done.
