They aren't purchasing the land for the pipelines. They are easements. For the Summit one, they are paying $25,000ish per acre just to bury a pipeline. Go buy 2 acres for each 1 they borrow, then farm the original one as well. Wish I had land on their routes.

You don’t have to deal with pipelines and transmission lines do you???
