I think they will proceed with caution. The Economy going gang busters where I live. Especially real estate construction. I’m not sure what prices are decreasing other than for buyers of commodities.
Maybe some of the road/bridge projects are being completed and some of those folks are looking for work? Or transitioning to a new jobs?
