Sorry for your loss, sounds like my kind of guy.  Grew up on 2 cylinder JD's. Dad's first 39 "B". Still have 3 in the barn.  Every time I see your from Fruita CO, reminds me of a trip with my friends in about 1953.  They ask me if I wanted to go CO to pick peaches.  We, 6 of us loaded up in 52 Chevy 3/4 pickup and took off.  End up in Fruita, got a job picking and working in packing shed.  Brought back a pickup load of peaches.
