coast of Maine | I told the "boss" a few years back to decide on plans for a lake house.I said you have about 60 days and Im going to start earthwork.Comes back with a house with close to 24 corners.I said way to hardand super costly,,I think at the time up charge was close 1000$ a corner for concrete works..I will allow what ever but make it nearly sq..Next day "hows this honey?" ...I casually looked at dimensions ,,was square actually."looks good lets do it"I said.So the plans were copyable.I got areal look later,,40 ft to the peak,4 bathrooms,2 decks,a deck house,,all with in being square.3 full floors and a loft.I built it...I may have been better to take the single story with 2 dozen corners,,hehhe | |
