Since when has Biden or Trump or Obama been scared to do an Executive Order and then subsequently get it thrown back & out by the Supreme Court? Biden could have just rewritten it and the re-executive ordered it. 2, 3, 4 times so as to say “see, I’m trying to protect you at our border”
Biden and Harris with all their decades of political savvy ness and understanding of constitutional law after participating in Obama’s 2 terms were somehow “chicken little scared” of being overturned? Please.
