Sell the equipment and hire it out. Around here none of the town ships own any equipment. They hire it done, roads get bladed twice a month for a set fee.
Most of the blades are old and the people running them are doing it for some extra spending money. I don’t think you could do a cheaper or better job with an employee and owned equipment.
