Snow is a here thing. That would be the greatest hesitancy to a county wide road system. County already does the
hard surface/ blacktop, and struggle to keep up. Our current township grader/snow plow has 35 square miles to service.
in our county would be close to 650 square miles to service.
How many graders would be needed? and how would they be logistically distributed?
at present, the grader for our township is housed on the operators property. He gets a call from a supervisor when to clear roads. 
Currently most other townships equipment is kept in a similar fashion.
