My point is $2,000,000 is sold retail but cost of materials and labor is $50,000 for Deere.
Farmer put $50,000 down and pays another $50,000.
Just say Deere gets $500,000 for the item.
While that may or may not cover all their costs, it still more than covers their variable costs.
Kind of like my neighbor paying $500 rent.
