ECIL | It's preserving 30% of US lands and oceans by 2030. Basically it's turning 30% of the country into a restricted access park. Numerous agencies and organizations are behind it, such as the Nature Conservancy, NDRC, US gov't and state gov'ts. It's also a worldwide initiative founded and backed by WEF.
ETA: The 30x30 is a stepping stone to higher percentages of land and water being taken over by the gov't with access denied to citizens.
