Wisconsin | That's the best part about the circuit court access, if they show up with the same address five years ago with a seat belt ticket, and every few years before that with minor to moderate issues, you have a GOOD record of what matters, they kept a drivers license with stable info.
The problem with that would be something like my great aunt, started driving again, terribly, and got a ticket, told the judge she had her drivers license for fifty years and never a ticket before this, judge throws out the ticket. She had a hundred miles TOTAL in those fifty years. I think my latest greatest PITA with a clean record got out of an institution recently, that doesn't show up on CCAP. | |
