| I understand that with this they are aiming it at t he over 100 million crowd but seems they are shooting with a shotgun ,so more than your target might get hit. My question is more to do with stock options and warrants, if you have an option or warrants as part of your pay plan how are they taxed in that case. Example the stock is valued at $100 per share, you have an option that allows you to by 1000 shares at $10 per share. Is it view as 10k in compensation or 100k ?
