Southern IA | is this another deal like out in Oregon where a bunch of Mormons invaded a bird sanctuary building on public land because some guy got in trouble for burning grass on government ground? They also got in trouble for grazing land in Nevada and never paying the grazing fees. Usually, the backstory is they were told repeatedly not to do what they were doing and pushed the authority to the limit and did themselves in. Authority can't just let them violate the laws or nobody would follow them. Not saying the regulations, they were violating are right, but there are legal means to challenge the regulations other than just violate them and think you are above the law because your family has been there since 1900. | |
