NW Illinois | If renting a house and wanting to do criminal and credit check where the prospective party must sign a waiver for you to allow the check, has anyone use a service they would recommend. Don't know if I would subscribe for multiple checks providing me with permission forms or pay for each check separately. I'm told that just asking for signed credit application will usually weed out potential problems. Any thoughts or ideas appreciated. Thanks | |
