Wisconsin | That's a good question. Slow drains is not always a backed up septic, and a backed up septic can be a plugged outlet, not a backed up drainfield. Even a backed up drainfield could be just too much water. It might be cheaper in the long run to get renters who use less water and put in a front load washer, better dishwasher, low flow toilets and shower heads.
