Interesting concept.
Sell $2,000,000 worth of equipment.
Reposess it, sell it for $1,000,000 for a loss of $1,000,000.
And you're saying they more money by losing a million than if they never sold at all and never lost anything.
I'm having trouble understanding how that works. Dont think it does.
