Roseglen, North Dakota | That is a recipe for disaster, agreed. But I think many that don't do MUD deals themselves have the misconstrued conception that all MUD deals are 0 or low interest rates and that simply is not true.
So for those that are supposedly rolling because its "free" (which there are no free trades) its going to start biting if they are paying 8% on a larger principle (meaning larger boot price) | |
