| I went low carb almost 3 months ago. I had tried to do it a few years ago but wasn’t great at it.
I don’t go to the doctor, but my chiropractor took my BP on day and said it was way too high.
3 months later I’m down 30LB, blood pressure is a little high, but still going down.
I eat a pork chop or hamburger patty for breakfast, maybe sausage or bacon if we cook.
Have a banana most days about 10:30 (supposed to be good for BP) limited carbs at lunch, heavy on meat, but I might have green beans or salad and now and then a carby side or the bottom bun on a burger.
Try to be zero carb at supper but I might have a couple small corn tortillas since kids are on a street taco kick. Not many carbs in those small corn tortillas, usually 1 or 2 and then a pile of meat with cilantro and onion.
I still have my evening beers.
Trying to drink as much water as possible. Over a gallon a day easy.
I’m usually pretty hungry by meal time, but not bad overall.
