SW OH | That's not what it looks like around here. Your stalk is too small in diameter and the color is not right. There may be different variations. We used to chop haylage for dairy cows and there was a small patch in the corner of 1 field every first cutting. It was chopped with the rest of it and we had no ill effects. My beef comes of today won't touch it in the pasture. We had 2 goats years ago the were tied to concrete blocks and moved around to mow weeds. They didn't get moved quick enough and 1 got hungry enough to eat it and died.
