Appond your death or before you can transfer your land you must repay all of the insurance premiums that the US taxpayer has paid on your behalf.
Also remember that the first 13ish million of inheatance is distributed tax free. So when somebody post that they must pay 300k on a 1.2 million inheritance they are talking the 15th million of inheritance.
