Nw Iowa | It is a lot easier to adjust up than to adjust down. To keep my real estate license I have to go to continuing Ed for two days every year. One of most interesting classes I ever took was a guy who worked with people who were having financial problems. It didn’t make much difference how much they made, but how much they spent. He told of divorced housewives trying to make ends meet to doctors making well into 500-600 thousand. Most when getting a raise would spend the additional income before paying down debt which made their problems worse. I think some farmers in same boat and focus on taxes too much rather than cash flow | |
