They must have serious lobby power but at some point the IRS is going to strip or severely limit tax exemption status which is going to hurt some real non for profits that need it. I know one non for profit in particular that scraps by on nothing but is changing peoples lives on a nothing budget. Those are the NFP I want to support ….the Mormonchurch should do same
The bible prophocies that the government will throw out all religions before the great tribulation and Armageddon. I figure when economic times get tough, the governments will see the billions or trillions these churches have, and want to get it.
