SWMN | IN555 -This is just a money grab by a government that can't stop over spending. While I am alive I pay taxes on the money I am making from my land. I paid the principle with money I already paid taxes on. I pay real estate tax for the right to own it. When I die my children will pay tax on the money they make from this land. They will pay real estate tax for the right to own it. No level of government is out any taxes because I died.
