Tipton will do well above the 206 figure and Howard will be 10 bushel below it. If Tipton comes in under last year I will be surprised. Farm in Howard and Tipton and things look exceptional when you get out of kempton and go east. Even scircleville area looks decent for the amount of moisture that was had early on.
