NW IL		Need to compare this year PFT to last year's PFT, not USDA.

Not arguing the outcome, it would just be a more accurate reflection of last year's crop vs this year's potential.


I'm still in the camp that it will be a good crop but not a record and it won't get sorted on USDA reports until well after harvest.
