
| 1972RedNeck - 8/19/2024 22:33 Wow, as someone that makes it to church on a regular basis, there's a lot of bias and misinformation on here. Personally, I am glad that my meager donations go towards farm ground which funds humanitarian efforts (over $1.3 Billion last year). You mileage may vary.
Why don't your donations go straight towards the humanitarian efforts? What is the purpose of those funds being used to buy farm land first?
Other than the money used to maintain our church's building and support our pastor, the rest of the money that goes into the plate goes towards outreach and mission work. We don't buy farmland under the guise of operating a non profit.
