I own several hundred acres in the bottom on the iowa side. Couple farms have ground that extends onto the river bluff with great views of the area and unobstructed view of nauvoo and the temple. I'm harassed frequently about selling to them. They always get the same, firm answer. They are arrogant and persistent and are not as nice and cuddly as they have marketed themselves in n modern times.
