Southeastern Tipton County, Indiana | Sparky_NE - 8/16/2024 19:00 I am troubleshooting an issue with the hydraulics always building pressure. Trying to take apart the valve body to inspect components. The manual says to unscrew item 6. I have made several tools and attempted this, but it has not budged. Is there something I dont know about holding it in? It has a groove like for a flat screwdriver. Any help is appreciated.
Here's a snip of the special tools for the Hydra Touch System.
The slotted driver you need can be replicated using a drag link socket. I had one made years ago by a machinist so the tangs would be square to fit the groove.and the slot to straddle the ball.
I would show you a picture of it but it's at work and I am not.
