From USDA site. These are the individuals who gather behind tight security with “the shades drawn” and no internet or phone connection the morning of the reports. Lol
USDA:

WASDE provides annual forecasts for ….”
USDA:
“During lockup, NASS shares with WOAB analysts production data which they use to finalize projections. Lockup is lifted when the report is released at 12:00 noon Eastern time.”
You obviously don’t know how the reports are finalized on the morning of the report. You obviously don’t know how many individuals are on the ICEC’s. Or that they even exist! You don’t know anything about the individuals who hold those powerful positions that regularly move markets (according to the USDA itself)
You only know that everything is pure because it is the government.
