I know in Ohio, that Ohio Machinery Company said they would be in operation until December 31, 2024...then 6 weeks later shortened it to August 31, 2024...and they are actively telling customers now that they are not taking on more work...AGCO has been working with a group of us dealer to fill that void, but there is no world in which that would be 100% feasible with a shortened timeframe...is it AGCO's fault that Ohio Machinery Company shortened the time frame?
Chris
Hold on just a sec there BigMac...Ohio Machinery is money ahead by dumping Ag, Most people couldn't understand why they dumped money into it for as long as they did anyway, aside from write-offs. Think about it, why mess with farmers that'll bitch about a blowjob because you didn't swallow when the heavy side is over a billion/yr?
Oh, and pretty sure it was AgRev who shortened the time-frame in order to be prepared for harvest so yea, maybe AGCO does have a hand in it...speaking of which, I hope AGCO gives you a bonus for constantly beating their broken drum. |
