Not saying I disagree with you but I will point out that the organic market doesn’t have speculators involved in it. The prices in that sector are as low as they have been in 20 to 30 years according to what some of the older farmers have told me.
From what I know about that market, it begins with the board of trade price as a starting point |
It’s not all supply and demand.
