I haven't set futures yet, no.

I don't see a reason to yet, my field is storing my crop pretty good, and I think the SB story still has time to make a difference. So my comment is mostly directed at corn.

However....

I posted earlier in the week that I was somewhat bullish SBs to the tune of 50 cents when they were at 10.00 (I think) outside of this conversation, I think SBs still have a story to get close to 10.50 but where is the bottom? If I acted on that post, I'd be out 30 cents still! (If I loved SBs at $10, I should really love them at $9.70 as a spec trade, right?)/




Sounds like if you get an opportunity to set Nov at 10.50 you wouldn’t reenter??
And short of that reown in the March. Carry is the thing.

Considering a more complex strategy to capture the carry through July.

Any ideas welcome.
