I think up here you would be further ahead to just leave it in the field till Feb - March than pile it. I’d have 160,000 bu pile LOL, I left 500 acres till February last year and finished harvest March 1st with little loss and it was 15.3% moisture. Don’t want that stress though it might have to be what it is. I harvested I believe the 2020 crop well into the winter of 2021 and lost some bushels to lodging but we all remember what the price did that year - think I ended up well over $1.00 more than when harvest began. All we have is hope at this point there’s really nothing you can do as far as a real plan now.
