That’s a tough one. I’d guess beans will have more carry in the market, but corn likely has the better chance of a price increase. However, I believe I’ve read China is overall underbought on beans, so they may start buying as prices crash and create a pop as well. If you had grains mostly hedged, it’d be an easier discussion.
So what would your strategy be for storage?
