EC SoDak | You have roads because of…. Ding ding ding…. Eminent Domain for public good. And when you buy a piece of ground, or rent it, you’re paying to the middle of the road. I bet a lot of folks around here would love to have that as production vs ditch and road for everyone else if they had the choice and could stop it because “constitution, founding fathers, property rights over perceived public good”.
But I get it, it’s different this time apparently. From that, I’d say, anyone against it don’t say a word about lack of demand, importing grains for this new market, or prices from lack of demand of our products and over supply on our end crashing our markets. You cut off your nose to spite your face, be honest with yourself and own it. You stood fast on your beliefs, there is honor in that.
