EC SoDak | Do you have roads where you live? Electricity? rural water? Maybe you’re lucky and have a natural gas line nearby? This happens all the time.
Edit- Roads would be a big one. In my area there are gravel roads every mile. How many farmers and rural folks would rather just have roads THEY want and not lose so much ground to ditches and roads?
It would be nothing short of a nightmare.
