You need a class 3 medical for the part 137.
Some states allow you to add an aerial endorsement to a private applicator for drone, others require at least a non-commercial license.
A 107 is needed any time profit is involved.
You need a 44807 exemption to fly a drone over 55 pounds. These aren't small toys, if they were to hit a person or aircraft a lot of damage could be done. A 107 is so an operator knows a little bit about how airports work and what traffic patterns are, it's not that hard to get. If you were a pilot in the past you should be able to walk in and take the test.
