Michigan | I disagree whole heartedly on the last point and no disrespect to your dad for sure. My Grandpa and Dad kept their nose to the grindstone not looking left or right and went right near into bankruptcy. That’s what can get you into trouble also. You have to keep an open mind and think your situation through and adapt to the times and opportunities. My grandpa and Dad were the hardest working guys around but all they did was work milking cows near 100 hr weeks. My dad always said he was too busy shoveling gutters to be able to figure out what was important. Once we got rid of the cows and could think we still put our noses to the grindstone but things improved rapidly. | |
