There’s no $400-600 an acre rent by Elkton SD or even in the Minnesota area of lake Benton paying that much an acre there’s some $300 -325 an acre and maybe a crazy 350per acre but I’d bet my last $ there’s no $600 even if you got into the sugar beet area around Granite Falls ! My mother in law has ground by Hendricks and she isn’t getting $275 an acre and I’ve thought about farming it myself but that’s another 50 miles east of my most eastern ground in kingsbury county and I don’t want to run over there for 320 acres . Seriously though if you could get my mother in law $ 600 and acre by Hendricks Minnesota I’d give you $150 ac acre finders fee . | |
