I got on market talk…

Haven’t been around here much for awhile. I guess I’ve now learned the world as we know it is ending and that I better run for the hills.

Honestly, I’m still not depressed. There are opportunities when the markets are high and there are opportunities when the markets are low. I signed up for this career and I knew these swings were inevitable. I’ll just stick to the plan…

The biggest opportunity when there are low prices is old guys decide to retire and land actually comes available for rent someplace besides rent auctions

What are the “opportunities” to make money when prices are low to counter the money made when prices are high?

Yeah that makes sense. I was thinking too short term.

I guess to go along with that would be cheap machinery at foreclosure auctions and land returning to yesteryears prices.
