Subject: RE: Minnesota corn crop

S MN
Agree with SW Mustang. Ill take the under on 185, i actually will take the under on 175. Drove from Fairmont to St. Cloud last week. There were wet holes and uneven corn all the way to Almost St.Cloud. From Jackson to Albert lea up to Owatonna, Mankato down to St James, all of south Central MN will be 25 bushels below last years yield. If SW is just at last years yield. There aren't enough acres away from South central and SW mn to make up for the below average crop. I know far SE MN has a great crop coming, but it just doesn't match up.

For example if you combine Winona, Filmore and Mower based of last years acres were 280k acres of corn harvested. Jackson and Martin counties combined are 390-400k. Those good counties would need to absolutely shatter there records by 20-40 bushels to make up for the shortage in the high production counties.
