I don't think we were that cheap

To your point, maybe $500/ac was a bit too high to state, but I know that $350/ac back in 2019 would only work if you short changed some things or have zero payments of any sort. Even using your own numbers, $350 is pretty easy to get to.

Regardless, in todays terms, unless you have absolutely zero debt and strip a corn program down to nothing, 2024 cost most guys waayyyyy over $350/ac to put it in the ground. Heck, most guys have waayyyyy over $500/ac to put it in the ground for that matter
