In jest I suggest getting a Red Tailed Hawk to live there instead.
Last year, there was one nesting in the shelterbelt of the old farm and it would perch on the barn roof every morning and scout. Well, there were NO pigeons on the silo roof all summer long. Soon as the Hawk left in the fall, they came back though.
