Mrs B. is wise, clever, funny, and correct.
Seasonal campers are the way to go. That solves most of the problems. Also, a couple work campers that had good jobs or careers that care and want the place to be nice.
Seasonal campers are stable income that pay up front. If you choose to do daily/weekly I highly recommend campspot for reservations and billing.
