| I know a guy that bought a 9 hole golf course very reasonably that was barely breaking even . Business dropped off a little but he still has to have someone in the clubhouse and has to have the grass mowed every few days no matter if the place is packed or just a few use it. When I was young there was a bar that kept going under once a year could have bought it for less than 50,000 but between the hours you were open,cleaning up,and restocking, you were looking at a ton of hours,,,never knowing whether you would be busy or not. | |
