Subject: RE: Bayer Performance and Recovery

Amherst WI
The idea of cutting middle management was a good one if it was done correctly, but it wasn't. The old Monsanto good ol' boy system is still in place and those who spent lots of times under top managers desks and DEI hires kept their jobs while many of the productive good people that have loyally weathered the last few years of the crap storm were let go.

Bayer has lost a ton of good talent to competitors in the last 5-6 years, it will be hard for them to right the ship with sales managers that check the right boxes but don't perform and corporate kiss ***** that add nothing to the bottom line other than "yes sir".
