Rich people say that they borrow against there investments so they save the income/capital gain tax and get the interest expense deduction to offset even more tax. I know interest is high and mentally it is costing you something but your 401k is generating in excess of cos to borrow atleast mine has been so I would borrow and pay interest.
Legit ?...would you liquidate a 401k for this?
