North Central Indiana | 30” beans really struggling in Northern Indiana this year too as far as closing the rows is concerned. Thats one of the big reasons we keep planting 15s. Lots of sunlight being wasted instead of going into plant tissue. I think of my crops as my solar panels and I would hate to be missing out on all that light going to the ground. Not to mention weed pressure in between rows. That being said our 15s have the same problem as the original topic. Look fantastic and are nice and tall but you get down under the canopy and looks like we’re missing about half the pods | |
