ec. nebr. | You have a lot of response here already. My 2 cents is, you have no idea how much work this will be on an ongoing basis! It will cost way more than you can imagine to do what you envision. Like 3 times as much! How many yrs. will it take to get a payback? How many yrs. will you have to enjoy your own retirement? This idea is more for a younger couple. With time to slowly build it up and get it running. Possibly 2-3 yrs. to accomplish before you are really ready to go public. If you hire all of the things you need to get set up for the campers, it will take 10 yrs. to breakeven! I think in your mind that this is going to be a simple project, but you are severely mistaken. Please consider all of the good advice given here and make sure you want to really undertake what you think is a simple project before jumping in over your head. | |
