Starbuck Manitoba Canada | How many acres are you working with? How accessible is the river for recreation, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, Kayaking? Nice forest for shaded camping? Will you have full serviced lots available? Water sewer, and power? Swimming pool? So many possibilities, but also a lot of work and $ to set it up. If you can start off small and build it up it would much easier to handle and you would also find out real quick if you want to continue expanding after getting a taste of dealing with the public! | |
